This multigenerational social housing complex includes 47 student housing units, 116 youth housing units and 27 housing units for seniors. These are served by an animated central artery with common areas throughout the ground floor, designed voluntarily to avoid the isolation of Seniors through the rapprochement of generations. All the facades are treated with sobriety and in the spirit of the French mansions in continuity of the buildings of the district. The cornices, bands and recessed joints animate the facades and contribute to the perennial aspect of the construction.
