The project consists of creating a traditional Korean fast food restaurant in the Opera district of Paris. The interior is inspired by the traditional Korean tavern ‘Jumak’, a popular area for meetings. This inspiration will be felt in the seats on the natural wooden platforms, which surprisingly bring warmth to the guests, favoring a festive atmosphere without borders. Moreover, a reflection on inside / outside leads to imagine a completely openable facade into the city, erasing the closed territoriality of the typical Parisian shop.
